How do I set up reverse DNS (RDNS/PTR)?

You can edit your rDNS record in our Manage RDNS Area of the client area. Just click ADD button. Pick the IP address of your VPS and then put your RDNS entry in the Value field.

This Guide Works For 162.212.57.X and 23.227.170.X IP Addresses. If your IP is not one of these then you will need to submit a ticket.
