We would like to express our gratitude to all of you who have grown with us through our OpenVZ solution. We have an important update regarding the transition to our new KVM-based services.

IMPORTANT: All KVM Plans should have an upgrade in RAM and have the same amount of storage and IP. Please open a ticket if any seen issues, give us the chance to correct it.

Transition Plan Overview:

1. New Control Panel: Starting November 5th 2024, you will have access to our new control panel at https://manage.catalysthost.com (https://manage.catalysthost.com).

2. KVM Service Addition: Today, a new KVM service has been added to your account. For every OpenVZ service you currently have, you will receive a corresponding KVM instance at no additional cost.

3. Instance Details: - The OpenVZ product will be set to free. - The KVM instance will align with your current billing cycle. - The hostname of your new KVM instance will mirror your OpenVZ instance name with “-KVM” appended for clarity (e.g., if your OpenVZ instance is named "example", your KVM instance will be "example-KVM"). - We will be upgrading the RAM on all KVM instances for improved performance. Despite this enhancement, your pricing will remain unchanged. - All other server specifications will be inherited from your current OpenVZ instance.

4. Migration Period: We understand that moving data can take time. Therefore, we are providing you with a two-month migration period to transition your data to the new KVM instances.

5. Important Dates:

- November 8th 2024 New KVM instances will be provisioned. These need setup by you.

- January 8th 2025: All OpenVZ instances will be suspended.

Please ensure that you have migrated your data by January 8th 2025 to avoid any disruptions to your service. If you have any questions or need assistance during this transition, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.
