This maintenance took longer than we expected. We had a total of 4 hours downtime on Dallas 2 (IP Range 23.29.121). Due to a networking change that I (Ryan) implemented on thursday to combine servers on the same vLAN this caused a negative reaction during the server reboot. This change had an effect on OpenVZ that caused container boots to hang on networking. Once I was able to get into the data center and make the proper changes we were able to get back up and running. Unfortunately being on a Sunday morning it took a little bit longer than expected to get the right people on the phone to help with the changes. Thanks so much to the Incero team for making themselves available to help with my error during emergency only hours. If anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to open a ticket.
