We want to thank you for your business at our Seattle location. However, we are discontinuing our Seattle-based platform, which includes our OpenVZ and Shared Hosting Services, in this location. This change will take place on November 21, 2022. Services will automatically migrate to Dallas if no response is received, including your data. This migration will only impact service location and IP. This migration will not affect invoices, and all pricing agreements will be grandfathered.
We know migrations and finding a new home for your data is no easy task, and we hope you will consider our Dallas location a worthy home. To help with this, we will provide two months of service at no cost. Starting today, we will stop future payments for these services until November 21, 2022. For annual services, we will provide a credit for unused time. Please note that the migration will result in an IP change.
